Note: some values below appear more than once in the manual without a clear label. This usually means the model changed across production years. Check your serial number plate before ordering.
Spark plug — Replace annually or every 100 operating hours. Cross-reference equivalents from other brands usually fit.
Spark plug gap — Set with a feeler gauge before installing. A wrong gap causes hard starting and rough running.
Engine oil — Grade depends on operating temperature, not on the machine. Several grades listed below are all correct — pick by season.
Belt — Belts are consumables. Length and width must match exactly — a belt that is half an inch off will throw or burn.
Saw chain — Replacement chains are specified by pitch, gauge and drive link count together. All three must match, not just the bar length.
